The title was changed from "Whachawannado" recorded on the CD to "Ghetto Proposal". In addition to Theo himself, Parliament/Funkadelic keyboardist Amp Fiddler, who is also known for performing with top artists such as Prince and Sly & Robbie, and members of Theo's The Rotating Assembly. Includes a dope black jazzy beatdown session by trumpet player John Douglas! The A-side vocal version featuring female vocalist Kitten Kuroi is not included on the CD, so don't miss it!
