Fred Everything is on an impressive streak right now, having just released a solo retrospective album on 20: 20 Vision and the much-lauded ‘8 Days’ collaboration album with Atjazz.
On this first release for Winding Road Records, Fred teams up with a fellow Montreal musician Teuteu to deliver the lush deep house of ‘Arrêt Infini’.
There are four interpretations of the track, each showcasing Fred’s crisp dancefloor-focused production and Teuteu’s keyboard mastery. From the cinematic punch of Part 1, and the deep uplifting groove of Part 2, to the blissed-out ambience of the Reprise, and the out-there dubbiness of ‘Rhythm & Bass’. All filled with warm chords, soaring strings, and squidgy basslines, but coming from a different angle.
Another jewel in Fred Everything’s expansive discography, and another choice Winding Road Records release.
