デトロイト・テクノの重鎮Gary Martinとソウルフルな鍵盤奏者Javonntteが、ペルシャ音階を取り入れた異国情緒漂うサウンドとタイトなビートを融合させたコンセプトEP『Zurvan And The Infinite Time』
デトロイト・テクノシーンで自身のレーベルTeknotikaを率いるGary Martin。3年を費やしたアルバム『Lagarius』の制作を経て、Mahoganyからの参加作品などで知られる実力派キーボーディストのJavonntte（Brian Mars）と共作を開始。
Gary Martinが構築したビートに対し、Javonntteがソウルフルなベースラインとキーボード演奏を重ねて楽曲を形成。「Zurvan」ではペルシャ音階というエキゾチックなスケールを採用し、ミステリアスな旋律を展開する。「The Infinite Time」を含む各トラックで、精巧なビートメイキングと鍵盤ワークが鮮やかに交錯する12インチ・ヴァイナル。

Exhausted from a 3 years in the making album called Lagarius released in 2023. Gary Martin had a plan to not work in the studio this summer until he realized his Facebook keyboard playing friend named Brian Mars was a.k.a. Javonntte the writer of an exceptional good song on The Mahogany compilation released that year. Gary created the beat for The Infinite Time and Brian sent the bass line and the keys. Then, picking the exotic scale called Persian was how the creation of Zurvan started.
