Perugia-born producer Issam Dahmani explores sun-drenched textures and laid-back grooves through his latest release for Chiwax. Having launched his career as Nnatn with a commitment to garage and deep house, he shifted direction in 2021, embracing Balearic, disco and downtempo influences under his own name. That same year saw to the launch of a fantastic new label Dischi Malizia; now he wades through Chiwax's Rawax waters, who facilitate his highlit flair for melodic, 90s-influenced house, laced with a loose, oneiric atmosphere. It's a confident artist debut for the label, and a vivid snapshot of Dahmani's sound.
