Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure
Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – Sunday, January 5, 2025
●Regarding Orders
You can place orders 24 hours a day, even during the year-end and New Year holiday closure period.
●Regarding Shipping
Shipping operations will be suspended from Wednesday, January 1, 2025, to Sunday, January 5, 2025.
The final shipments of the year will be for orders that have completed the shipping process and payment by around noon on Tuesday, December 31.
(Pickup times may vary slightly, so please place your order and complete payment as early as possible.)
Orders received during the year-end and New Year holiday closure period are scheduled to be processed and shipped sequentially starting Monday, January 6. (We may also perform temporary shipping operations during the closure period depending on the volume of orders received.)
●Regarding Item Reservations
The reservation period will continue to count as usual during the closure period.
For orders that expire during the closure period, we will send payment instructions starting Monday, January 6.
