Description
Celebrating 45 years since her debut. Two masterpieces by the solitary singer-songwriter Asami Kado are remastered and reissued on vinyl. Asami Kado debuted on September 5, 1979. Although she rarely appeared in the media and maintained an enigmatic aura, the sophisticated image of her music stood out in the music scene of the time. In 1987, she moved to Toshiba EMI and released two albums under the full production of Yukihiro Takahashi. Asami Kado's whisper voice quietly blooms under Takahashi's production.
Released in 1988, this is Asami Kado's tenth and effectively final album.
Continuing from the previous work, Yukihiro Takahashi was appointed as the producer. The album features 10 tracks with participating musicians including Yukihiro Takahashi (Drums, Keyboards, Vocal), Takeshi Kobayashi (Keyboards), Yoko Sugano (Keyboards), Kenji Omura (Guitar), Rei Obara (Bass), Hitoshi Watanabe (Bass), and Lazi (Cho).
The transparent aesthetic, as felt from the album title, remains one of a kind even today.
