【Restock! ] Legendary Eddie 'Flashin' Fowlkes, who is active as the first generation Detroiter along with Derrick May and others, releases a 12-inch from Detroit Wax, which he himself owns! Side A uses the phrase from Bill Withers's ``Who Is He (And What Is He to You)'', which was also remixed by Henrik Schwarz, and is a jet-black Detroit house track with a bouncy bottom that overflows with a driving feeling that gradually leads to a feeling of exhilaration. The first side contains a minimal track centered around flute and organ riffs accented with soulful female vocal samples! This is a piece of oxidized silver that shines with the skill of a veteran who seems to be active in deep time, similar to Jovonn and others!
