Leo James, a member of the Submotion Orchestra, who is highly acclaimed for his fusion of bass music and live jazz, has released his second album under the duo Author name, Navy Cut, led by his partner Jack Sparrow! This work is a reggae-dub work reminiscent of Rhythm & Sound and Burial Mix.The languid singing voice of female vocalist Shanee stands out against the smoky sound of minimal dub A1, and the deep dub B1 was co-written with Ed Gooden.
