Levon Vincent, a genius who left works for Underground Quality and Ostgut Ton and now moved from NY to Berlin, released a 12-inch release from Novel Sound. This is the label's 15th album, but the missing number "NS-11" was given. Side A is a freaky tech song where dubbed percussion and chords are wildly intertwined with mechanical synth arpeggios. The track "Arpeggiator Track", and the B-side includes the mad dub house "A Woman I Know", which creates depth to Dubby with zap-effect sounds centered on pounding chord riffs!
