アーリー・テクノの歴史的復刻。Psyance による Motion EP は、もともと 1991 年に Richie Hawtin の Plus 8 からリリースされ、テクノの重要なマイルストーンのひとつとされる作品だ。
今回のヴァイナル復刻には、オリジナルの 3 トラックに加え、待望の追加トラック Gates Of Heaven も収録。硬質なキックとミニマルなシンセの絡み、デトロイト・テクノ特有の緊張感あるグルーヴが、フロアでの高揚感を最大化する。30年以上経った今も、クラブで鳴らす価値を持つ鉄板トラック群だ。
