Smooth & Simmonds was a production duo formed by Chris Simmonds and Ron Wells. Active from the early to mid-90s, they released only a handful of EPs, but every single one continues to be highly regarded to this day. Now, long-time fans at the Pariter label have newly remastered three of their finest EPs and released them as fresh 12-inch vinyl. This 12-inch features two mixes from the 1990s EP The Four Seasons. The Warehouse Mix is characterized by dusty drums, subtle rave whistles, and sexy vocals, while the Factory Mix unfolds more smoothly, highlighting bright synths and uplifting chord work.
